«The Mother Mountain» Magic Majella

The Maiella crossing, the most beautiful mountain in Italy according to the guide (and “Boscaglia” founder). Maiella is a place so full of energy that it has the highest sacred places concentration in the whole world, apart from Tibet. And you will feel that such energy is extremely strong, up on those tablelands 2,500 metres high! This unforgettable crossing is a 6-day-walk; you must try it because no words can describe this experience.
We will leave from Palena, walking up to Monte Porrara and Campo di Giove then, along the ridge, Femminamorta, Grotta Canosa, Monte Amaro, Monte Acquaviva, Murelle. We will then walk down to Pennapiedimonte, up again from Bocca di Valle still along the ridge, and down again towards Eremo di Santo Spirito, Decontra, Orfento Valley, Caramanico, Roccacaramanico. Our journey will end at Campo di Giove. Lodging will take place in hotel – B/B (three nights), farm accommodation “agriturismo” (one night) and open air (three nights).
Our journey will be even more valuable, considering our guide will suggest walking in meditation and awareness, according to Zen Buddhists and Toltec Shamans.
Because this crossing also belongs to “Deep Walking” tours, you will be served vegetarian meals.
