Ten-day-trekking in the environment harsh and wild, but hospitable and sweet as well, of the Corsican Park. We will sleep in tents, in the woods or at the foot of high peaks; we will often bathe in the mountain streams. We set out from Tattone going along the GR20, the Grande Randonnée crossing the island from north to south often wandering about, looking for scantily known woods and dales so to discover small mountain lakes, typical villages, sheepfolds and shepherds, etc. We will discover the Corsican wild nature, mountainous and Mediterranean at the same time, climbing some of the highest peaks in the island and crossing forests of Corsican pine. In the evening we will pitch up our tents under the star-spangled sky, all around the fire of our stoves. Even night walks for strong walkers will be provided.

Highest peaks: Monte Renoso 2352 m, Monte Incudine 2134 m.

To make the most of our trek there is the experience of our guide proposing meditative and aware walks following up the traditions of Zen Buddhists and Toltec Shamans. And, as usual in “deep walking” treks, strictly vegetarian food.
